Job scope:
· Responsible for daily AR activities
· Oversee AR Assistants’ performance by verifying cash/cheque collection
· Attend to customers’ enquiries pertaining to AR matters
· Preparation of necessary reports
· Monitor the ‘Coin Room’ on daily basis
· Liaison with Sales Representative pertaining to collection matters
· Verify and check on Credit Note and Tax invoice
· Assist in credit control when it is needed
Job requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting with at least 2 years of working experience in handling AR
· Able to start within short notice period
· Salary range: $2200-2500, 5 days
· Transport will be provided at designated MRT stations in West area
