Contract Clinic Support Officer

Job Description:
To perform dispensary and front desk duties including the following:
- Manage dispensary inventory system and assist in procurement of herbs
- Assist herbalist in preparation of medicine for use in the clinic
- Assist herbalist in preparing medicine for patients
- Handle telephone enquiries and make bookings for patients
- Manage clinic daily cash collection and record keeping
- Provide innovative customer relationship management
Working Hours:
Roster on a five day week which includes Saturday and night shift
Morning shift
- Mondays to Saturdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 1.00pm to 9.30pm
- Lunch break: 12.30-1.15pm (45 min)
Location:
- Boon Lay (Tertiary Education)
Salary:
- $2000 - $2500 per month
Period:
- 12 months (subject to renewal/conversion)
Job Requirements:
- At least a polytechnic diploma or equivalent with two years of working experience
