Responsibilities:-
- Handle and provide general human resources support to the company, including general HRM Administration, Recruitment Support, payroll and Coordination etc.
- Assist in recruitment activities, selection and Work Passes application
- Assist in payroll process
- Prepare relevant reports
- Perform other HR/administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma in Business / HR with at least 2 years of working experience in handling full spectrum HR function
- Working Location: Joo Koon (Company provides transport to and fro at designated MRT Stations, Jurong East/Lakeside/Pioneer))
- Salary: S$2500-3000 per month
- Familiar with payroll softwares such as timesoft
- Working Hour: 8:00am- 530 pm, 5 days’ work week
