Job Duties:
• OS and server data backup
• Network, VOIP and server administration
• Basic in-house ERP system administration
• PC installation & configuration
• OS & software installation and configuration
• Troubleshoot PCs, notebooks, printers & network equipment
• Troubleshoot OS and software issues
• Maintain computer and notebook asset list
• Perform simple cabling work
• Assist the IT team to create master data in templates
.
Criterion:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge in network administration (CCNA & CCNP)
• Basic knowledge in server administration
.
