Responsibilities
1. Assist Mechanical Engineers in planning, controlling of all preventive and breakdown maintenance
2. Supervise all maintenance works and variation jobs carried on site
3. Feedback status of major works to the management
4. To lead a team of Technicians to carry out PM for specialist mechanical system which consist of control circuitries i.e. sanitizer, AGSS system, P-tube
5. To submit monthly progress reports on Preventive Maintenance & Building Maintenance
6. To analyze the CMMS BM module and suggest/propose to client rectification/improvement plan
Requirements
1. Dip / Deg in Mechanical Engineering Disciplines with min 3 years working experience in Facilities / Building Maintenance
2. Possess Supervisory skills
