Customer Service Officer (Tuas, 5 days, $2000-2500)

Responsibilities

· Attend to all incoming call regarding customer’s complain

· Follow company’s SOP for investigation related to complain cases

· Generate reports on monthly basis

· Provide information to customers

· Able to meet the expectation from the management(meet KPI)

· Ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

· Min Diploma with at least 1 year working experience in customer service

· Possess good communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to type fast

· Able to start within short notice period

· Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

· Able to perform overtime when required
