FACILITY OFFICERS NEEDED x 2
- Assist manager with the management and maintenance buildings and related facilities
- Assist manager in handing correspondence with tenants and all stake holders concerned in the day to day facilities management matters
- Supervision of in-house operational staffs to ensure smooth day to day operation
- Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc
- Source for comparative vendors/ sub-contractors to carry out facility maintenance/ repair works
- Contract administration
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required
Location: WEST AREAS
- Nitec /Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance/ Property Management and Mechanical/ Electrical System
Min 1-3 years experiences in related field is needed
(MoMon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm)
$1800-$2300 per month
