Full Time Assistant Project Operation Manager (Construction) @ Kranji Area

Basic Salary $3000 - $4000

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Requirement:

- Diploma In Building Construction / Civil Engineering

- Posses Certificate:

1. Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2)

2. Construction Safety for Project Management

- Min. 5 years' experience in Building Construction Site

- Posses Class 3 Driving Licence or with Own Transport

(With transport allowances for own vehicle)

- Good Interpersonal, Communication & Correspondence Skills

- Fluent in English to communicate with Clients / Customers

- Proficiency in Chinese-language for handling mandarin speaking clients

Responsibilities

⇨ Monitor and Inspect Work Sites to ensure safe work practices

⇨ Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done

⇨ To develop a schedule for commencement and completion of all works to tie in with Main Con / Owner's Schedule.

⇨ Others duties assigned by the Manager / Director
