Officer/Senior Officer Human Resource Department

Job Description:

- To coordinate the logistics pertaining to all HRD workshops/events, before, during and after the event. This includes room set-up, sourcing for appropriate venues, registration of staff, printing of certificates of achievement, collation of feedback, catering of food and beverages and other necessary logistics for the smooth running and completion of the workshops/events.

- Apply and track funding support and incentives from government agencies.

- Manage workshop/event registrations for all HRD programmes.

- Provide assistance and resolve employees’ queries related to HRD processes.

- Process and check HRD related payments, expenses and budget.

- Assist in the organisation, delivery and evaluation of new and/ or existing HRD workshops/events.

- Assist in the account management of selected department’s training and development needs.

- Create presentation slides and/or type content to support HRD workshops/events.

Location: West

Salary: $2,000 - $2,500

Job requirements:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years or more of working experience in training and development or minimum 2 years or more of working experience in planning and organising small and large events in a learning and development context

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (version 2007 and above) especially Excel and Powerpoint

- Organised and meticulous

- Positive customer mindset

- Able to work independently

- Team-player

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- ACTA certification or other training and development related certifications would be an added advantage
