Team Leader – Supermarket (Basic S$2200-2800, 44 hours per week)

Job Description

• Develop team members through on the job training
• Supervisory duties ( weekly roster planning, team management, led by example, enforce discipline accordingly to company regulations and etc)
• Cost management (eg: wage, wastage, operating cost and etc)
• Stock take duties
• In house duties ( inventory levels management, housekeeping, shelf ticketing, stock replenishment and etc)
• Ensuring sales and profit target are met for respective department
• Customer service duties
• Ad hoc duties when needed

Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 year of supervisory/senior experience in Retail/F&B
• Able to commit 6 days’ work week (44 hours per week), 7-8 hours rotating shift between (8am-11pm)
• Good leadership skill
• Salary: S$2200-2800 (Depending on experience)
• Working Location: Island-wide
