Providing professional service over the phone to consumers in an efficient and effective manner. Responsible to drive sales volume and constantly achieving monthly and yearly sales target. Monitor consumption and purchasing patterns and take corrective actions to address any concerns. Delivering quality services, providing excellent service experience to customers achieving total customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum ‘N’ and with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
