Finance Executive (North/ 5 days/ Up to $2700)

Job Responsibilities:
Perform accounting duties such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, Costing, Inventory, Fixed Asset tracking and General Ledger/ account analysis
Sales commission computation
Prepare payment to suppliers (locals and overseas), ensuring timely payment and accuracy
Prepare monthly schedule, balance sheet and others
Responsible for month end journal, ensure business transactions are appropriately reflected in the accounting records on a timely basis
Preparation and reporting of quarterly GST
Other Ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
At least possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ ACCA.
Min. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing companies.
Preferably specializing in Finance – General Accounting
Basic knowledge of internal control process and procedures
Preferably knowledge in using Navision accounting system but not compulsory
Computer literate, required skills such as MS Excel, MS words
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in a multicultural environment and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to prioritize effectively,
Must be a team player
