Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries & processing outlets, institution customers and corporate orders
- Process Inventory orders from outlets
- Processing all order to production and distribution department within timeline
- Billing customer orders, institution orders, over-run and inventory orders within timeline
- Respond to outlets and corporate enquiry & orders
- Liaise with other production, store, production, logistics to fulfill customer’s orders
- Preferably with customer service or call-centre experience.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to commit for 4 days (8 hours per day) a week, including weekends
- May be required to work on public holidays based on operational needs from time to time
- No experience required
- To be bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
