Provide optimal customer service to all clients through telephone calls, emails and in-person
Efficiently manage, track and operate membership database software.
Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales reports/expenses and cash machines
Organize and manage retail store and inventory
Competently manage high customer volumes with poise
Sell packages with success and confidence
Effectively manage queries from the public
