TECHNICAL/PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities
Draw out construction plan and prepare work and detail drawing in accordance to general plan
Handle design development, pre-consultation, site and project meeting
Good understanding of project requirement and ability to determine appropriate construction methodology.
Ensure all document submissions are in compliance with the relevant
authority requirements.
Conduct site inspection and liaise with Consultants on matters of design and technical co-ordination, address issues and building regulations
Min. 8 years experience in project administration and running of BUILDING
projects.
Requirement
Degree in Civil Engineering/architectural/construction
Min. 5 years relevant experience in managing and executing building construction
Familiar with Singapore building regulations, codes and project implementation
Ability to organize and prepare design documents and drawings
Ability to understand and apply BIM concepts onto projects as well
as lead a BIM team
5 days work week (HQ-office environment)
Salary upto S$8,000/month
