Thai-Speaking Service Officer (5 days,S$1800-2000,Kaki Bukit)

Requirements:
– Making outbound calls to Hong Kong & China (Guang Dong area)’s customers to follow-up on payments and collections matters
– Handle payment updates and key into system
– Adhere and ensure prompt collections to reduce bad debts
Requirements:
– Singaporeans who must be able to speak fluent English & Thai language to deal with Thailand customers
– Applicants must be comfortable with working on 5 days’ work week (8.30am-6.15pm) at Kaki Bukit (East area of Singapore) for a MNC company in logistics and transportation
